What water tank size suits a landed house?
For a typical landed house, a 1000L tank like the King Kong stainless steel 1000L (RM 2,914 supply & install) is enough for family water storage. We can recommend a larger size during the site survey.
How long does water tank and pump installation take?
Most water tank and water pump installs are done in a single day. A tank + pump + filter combo package usually finishes in one visit too.
Do the water tank and pump come with warranty?
Yes. Every brand — King Kong, Grundfos, Hitachi, Tsunami — comes with a manufacturer warranty. We also provide after-install support over WhatsApp.
Which water pump is better — Tsunami or Grundfos?
Tsunami (from RM 1,800 supply & install) suits budgets and standard homes. Grundfos (from RM 3,600) is quieter and more durable for larger homes or high pressure. We'll help you choose based on your needs.
What does the 6-layer water filter remove?
The 6-layer filter removes sediment, rust, chlorine, odour, and fine impurities before water enters your home. It protects your piping and water heater and makes water clearer.
How much do I save with a combo package?
A tank + pump + filter combo (from RM 5,411) costs less than buying and installing each item separately, and everything is installed together in one visit.
